By deploying a shop on the Vada Network, you agree to the following operational protocols.
01. Service Definition
Vada provides the infrastructure for digital storefronts. We facilitate the connection between merchants and customers via WhatsApp. Vada does not act as a payment escrow; all financial transactions are settled directly between the buyer and the seller.
02. Merchant Credentials
You are responsible for the integrity of your account credentials. Any activity originating from your merchant ID is your legal responsibility. Vada reserves the right to terminate access if fraudulent activity is detected.
03. Subscription & Billing
- Free: Up to 3 active product deployments.
- Pro: ₦1,200/month for unlimited assets and advanced analytics.
- Fees are processed via Paystack and are non-refundable once the service period begins.

05. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your product imagery and descriptions. By uploading them, you grant Vada a non-exclusive license to host and display this content on your public storefront.
06. Liability Limitation
Vada is provided "AS IS." We are not liable for transaction disputes, lost revenue, or any direct/indirect damages resulting from platform downtime or user interaction.
